Difference

Meet up with friends at 7pm for dinner together earlier today. Usually the sky turns dark around 8pm, however due to daylight saving ended this early morning, the sky was dark before 7pm! Living in non-seasonal place for most of our lives, it really left an impression on us and ofcourse my friends and I talked about this during our dinner. After our dinner, we went to eat ice cream. I have not tasted ice cream since I came to Melbourne, simply because I do not have the urge, so most of the time, I just watched my friends ate. Today, the urge came, so I ordered 1 too. There are a lot more varieties of flavours than those ice cream shops back home and the way they scoop the ice cream is really different. It is not just 1 scoop, it is about 2 scoop in 1 shot. It is really hard to explain, it is like when u see people back home scooping ice cream, it is 1 nice round shaped ice cream, whereas here, they scoop as much as the 'scooper' can hold, so it is like 1 scoop of ice cream with a lot of bits and pieces around it. Here, shape is not important, size matters! After that we took a stroll at a park not far from our place, walked past a tree and saw 2 squirrels on the tree branches. 1 of my friends fed him with ice cream cone, they were defensive at 1st but after a while they came down and took the ice cream cone. They were really cute.

Joke Per Post (If I Remember)
Mexican American War

During the Mexican/American war, an intense long standoff occurred along the front. For days and days neither side made any advances. Finally, an American general had a bright idea.
He aimed his rifle to the Mexican trenches and yelled "Hey Juan!"
A soldier jumped up and replied "What?"
The general shot him dead. This continued for three days.
A Mexican general decided that two could play this game and decided to try it out. He called out "Hey John!!"
An American replied "John isn't here......is that you Juan?"
The Mexican general stood up, "Yeah!"...
