The Great Ocean Road

Back from the trip, a wonderful experience, It is still kind of hard to imagine that you are driving on the road with the ocean on 1 side while the mountain cliff is on the other. There is a lot of 'S courses' along the road. You can be turning your vehicle continuously for 1/2hr until you reach a short straight road and after that it is back to the 'S course'. There are several 'scenic lookouts' along the road that have additional vehicle spaces for people to stop and have a better view of the scenery as well as take photos. Not all the roads are along the ocean, we drove through a mountainous road where there are farms and plantations, saw a lot of horses, cows and sheeps. We did not get to see kangaroo and koala even though there is a sign board indicating that the area has. Guess we have to stop our vehicle to look for it. We pass by a small town along the way, the shops and houses are all facing the ocean! Wish I could buy a house and live there someday. The '12 Apostles' is the most wonderful places I have been to. It kind of has a different impact as most people tends to associate mountains with scenery more than oceans. The scenery is kind of alive as the waves keep coming against the apostle and the coast.

Joke Per Post (If I Remember)
Mexican American War

During the Mexican/American war, an intense long standoff occurred along the front. For days and days neither side made any advances. Finally, an American general had a bright idea.
He aimed his rifle to the Mexican trenches and yelled "Hey Juan!"
A soldier jumped up and replied "What?"
The general shot him dead. This continued for three days.
A Mexican general decided that two could play this game and decided to try it out. He called out "Hey John!!"
An American replied "John isn't here......is that you Juan?"
The Mexican general stood up, "Yeah!"...
